We offer Free Shipping on all items!

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 1 business day to process your order, and the paid item will be shipped from 1 to 2 days, this does not include weekends or holidays.

 Our warehouse is either located in China or in the United States, depending on the item purchased, it will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse. If the purchased item is shipped from China we will choose ePacket delivery which is one of the fastest methods now to ship internationally.

    While there are several different factors that can affect the exact amount of time it takes for each package to arrive at its destination such as national and public holidays in the concerned countries, issues or delays due to customs or any other logistical hindrances can affect when the package is delivered, the average time that a package takes to be delivered is 14 to 20 days (Mexico: 20 business days, Russia, Ukraine and Saudi Arabia: 7-15 business days, all other supported countries: 14 - 20 business days)

    Payment of postal customs: Any customs, duties, and/or taxes must be paid by the recipient of the shipment. As the ePacket delivery goes through regular custom clearance, customers might be required to pay any applicable taxes and duties. Make sure to check with your local postal service or customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

    You’ll receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number once your item is shipped. You can track your orders on various package tracking websites. Simply copy the tracking code of the order and paste it into the tracking website. Information about the status of the shipment appears within 3 - 7 days after the order is shipped. Some of the most popular tracking provider includes 17 Track, Global Order Tracking, Package Radar, USPS tracking.

    We with our suppliers here are trying our best in shipping with care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@mlotus.store. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
